July Kundalini Yoga for Vitality and Strength!

9:00-10:30am Drop in $15/class.This Monday morning Kundalini class will be offered on June 24, July 1, July 15, July 22 and July 29.

Ready to open your heart and soul and get ready to meet the challenges of the New Year with renewed strength and vitality? Prema will be Teaching an ongoing series (drop in anytime) of Kundalini Yoga for Cultivating Resilience for a Healthy Body, a Clear Mind and an Open Heart. Classes include a warm up, a Kriya (a set of exercises), regenerating gong relaxation, and mantra meditation to reset your system and allow you to connect to your own unique and creative self—to improve stamina, vitality and resilience so you can meet your life challenges with a healthy body, a calm heart, and a clear mind.

This vinyasa flow class will be at a moderate pace, integrating movement with breath. Building heat in the body, we will begin to explore dynamic transitions and challenging postures! WITH DEBORAH PREMA FORD TUES & THURS @ 12:15 PM • 30 MINUTES

A short potent, relaxing, revitalizing class designed to fit into your busy day, consisting of focused movement to stretch out tension, and simple breath meditation to open the lungs and heart to rejuvenate and energize so you can go back into your day with renewed focus and concentration. Class is by Donation.


Kundalini Yoga: Building Resilience and Opening to Change!

WITH AMRIT SADHANA (VICKIE HEALY) Tuesdays @ 6:00 PM • 90 MINUTES $17 PER CLASS or save with class card

This weekly class will be organized around themes and presented in short series of classes. All seek to regulate the nervous and endocrine systems, strengthen the physical body and cultivate a meditative mind to awaken greater consciousness through the practice of Kundalini Pranayam (breath techniques), Kriyas (exercises or asanas) and Meditations as taught by Yogi Bhajan. All are welcome whether attending a single class or a whole series! No prior experience is necessary.

Deep Yoga Practice

Gentle stretching and movement to heal your body and self. Deep Yoga is a practice in nourishment - integrating yoga, somatics, principles of Body-Mind Centering®, qigong, and subtle movement. The foundation is a focus on sensation, breath, release to the support of the earth, and natural alignment. We will nourish all of the tissues and systems of the body with an eternal, spacious consciousness. As we explore postures and alignment, we will enter our own ‘healing hut’. Embodied philosophy and paradigm shifting is part of our practice.

This class is geared towards both the beginner and advanced yogi - for anyone 16-100 years old. No experience necessary. Just come with an open mind and heart.

This powerfully effective style of art and yoga enables you to access and realize your own infinite creative potential and elevate your divine consciousness, and the combination of Kundalini yoga with your personal art making experience will facilitate a deepening of your body mind connection, allowing a richer integration of internal and external experience, and generate a profound and lasting impression on your soul. Open to all levels. Art materials will be provided. Bring a water bottle bottle and an open heart and mind, and your desire to shift into the elevated energy of the Aquarian Age!

All Levels Hatha Yoga with Anthony Surfelt

This all levels class will be a hatha yoga style which is a mellow sequence focusing on alignment and extended holds to absorb a deeper knowledge of self. Introducing some pranayama (Breathwork) & short meditation in the practice to quiet the mind and find stillness in the asana. (Poses) Increasing body awareness and building a solid foundation in yoga practices.
